Dear Mary,

I am really glad to receive your letter. Sorry, I didn't respond to your letter right away. I’m really interested to know what have you read so far.

We love to discuss various topics and writings by Russian and foreign writers at our Literature club. It’s quite interesting. You can send me some ideas too.

As for the Russian writers, I have been reading a lot of them too. My favorite is Pushkin and Dostoyevsky. I'm also reading Leo Tolstoi, War and Peace. It’s quite long. I think Pushkin is my favorite writer at the moment. Not enough, but I try to find some time for it.

Which Russian authors have your read so far? Which is your favorite one? Do you have a literature club at your school?

Actually, I’ve got to go now. My mum’s calling me for dinner.
