Art is considered an essential part of all cultures throughout the world. Some people say that everyone should consider graffiti as an art form, whereas others do not agree. Others disagree. They state that graffiti is vandalism.

In my opinion, graffiti should be considered as an art form. First of all, graffiti is a form of street art which involves creation of complex paintings. Needless to say, interesting graffiti plots on dull looking walls in cities make the walls more pleasant to look at. Secondly, art by definition is a conscious creation of something beautiful or meaningful, using skills and imagination. To my mind, graffiti suits this meaning well since it is done consciously and makes sense, inspiring people to think.

However, some people state that spray painted art is vandalism. Firstly, graffiti is vandalism because it is illegal. No one has a right to spoil someone else's property. In addition, swear words, gang names or just silly drawings are very often are sprayed on walls. That does not make houses or fences look attractive. 

I disagree with the opinion mentioned above. To begin with, graffiti artists create their works on walls of bad-looking buildings. They also rarely use bad language, but spray beautiful paintings. 

In conclusion, I would like to say that in spite of the fact that graffiti is still illegal in some countries, it should be considered as a form of artistic expression. Thus, I support the idea that graffiti should be considered as an art form.
