    Playing sports helps to reduce stress.

There is an opinion
that playing sports helps us to reduce stress. We take to sports for entertainment and for physical fitness. Along with that, stress reduction is an added benefit from it. There is also another opinion that it might cause some stress.

I think that playing a sport helps reduce stress since emotions are released through competitive energy and physical activity and it’s very important. Physical and emotional activities depend on each other.  At the same time it is also entertaining and there is a team spirit in sports that gives positive energy that gives encouragement to a person to strive for performing better.

In opposition to this however, some people think that it does nothing to reduce stress because it one may get injured and get more stress by the competition.

I don’t agree with this
, since the enthusiasm generated from sports activity definitely helps to reduce stress and help one to spend his time in a positive way. Playing sports also is good for health and one becomes more health conscious.

In conclusion, we can say that playing sports helps us reduce stress, keep us healthy, give us positive and a competitive mindset. We also make new friends that play sports and play together. Leading a healthy lifestyle playing sports also keep us happy and stress free. Due to all these factors playing sports has way more benefits and helps compare with possibilities of getting injured and get more stress.
